Archbishop Olorunsola Visits Rapid Respond Squad, Ekiti state Unit

On Wednesday 5th February, 2025 His Eminence, Most Rev'd Dr OTIS Olorunsola JP and his team visited the Ekiti State sector of the RRS to engage them in the world and prayer.

Dr. OTIS Olorunsola while addressing the gallant men of the unit in Ado Ekiti the state capital, challenged them to choose the excellent way in year 2025.

He exhorted the uniformed men from the book of Mark chapter 4 the verse 35 - 49.
In his words, "Men of this unit, you all want good surprises, I bring you good tidings that God will surprise you all just as He surprised the disciples in the boat but bear in mind that
1. The disciples had Him (Jesus) in their boat
2. They (the disciples) called on Him (Jesus)
Therefore, to enjoy the God's beautiful surprises for you in 2025, to make God calm the storm ans tempest of your life, you need Jesus ans only Him is the excellent way"
In furtherance of his admonition, he urged the men to be be prepared at all times because preparation is the only key to a successful operation. He advised that they needed to be prepared because the people are watching them and not only watching but also depending on them as the disciples watched and depended on Jesus Christ.

Still in his exhortation, he urged the unit to perform outstandingly and commendably in 2025 so that the bridge of trust that's broken between them and the masses can be repaired and hence lead to a better performance and result.

He brought his exhortation to an end while speaking to the uniformed men on the the 3 'S' that would being them success through the book "RRS, ACCOUNTS OF STEWARDSHIP OF A DOGGED SQUAD AND PICTORIAL EVIDENCE OF CRIME FIGHTING IN EKITI STATE"  a book written by the Unit commandant, CSP Marcus Ola Ogundola where in the book, the three (3) 'S' of successful operation were discussed to be SILENCE, SPEED AND SURPRISE.

Finally, the session ended with a thorough Holy Spirit filled atmosphere of prayer of unity where in it, the Unit with Al it's staff were committed to God, the state and by extension the country at large.
